Returns, Exchange, Cancellation, and Replacement Policy

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and untampered.
  • Shipping Charges: Customers will bear a minimal return shipping fee of ₹100, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are offered only in the following cases:
    1. Products damaged during transit.
    2. Wrong products sent due to an error on our end.
  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • After Dispatch: Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Process: To cancel an order, email us at c.care@kcllp.in with your order details.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable for:
    1. Cancelled orders (if cancelled within the eligible timeframe).
    2. Returned products (after deducting the return shipping fee of ₹100).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Timeframe: Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • Note: Shipping fees (if any) charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
